Dr. Mariam Kirollos is a multifaceted physician double board certified in Family Medicine & Obesity Medicine. She completed her residency training in Family Medicine at Cook County Health, Loyola Provident Family Medicine Program.
Graduating with honors from Xavier University School of Medicine in Aruba with a Doctor of Medicine degree, Dr. Kirollos has honed her skills in providing comprehensive care that addresses both the physical and emotional well-being of her patients.
Combining her knowledge of medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle counseling, she empowers her patients to live their best lives by achieving optimal health, confidence, and self-esteem. Noor Arekat is a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner providing personalized, evidence-based care with a focus on adult primary care, preventive health, women’s health, and overall well-being. Noor is passionate about supporting patients in feeling their best.
Noor earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical College of Georgia and began her clinical career as a registered nurse in both the Burn Unit and Emergency Department. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University, with advanced training in adult medicine. Through her several years of experience in both primary and urgent care, Noor offers thoughtful, individualized management of both acute illnesses and chronic conditions.
Noor is committed to providing thorough, compassionate care by always considering the whole person—not just their diagnosis.
Outside the clinic, Noor is a proud mother of four and enjoys spending time with her family.
Sara Shinault, MSN, WHNP-BC, is a dedicated and board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to women across the lifespan.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lewis University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Regis College, where she specialized in women’s health.
As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, Sara is passionate about empowering women to prioritize their health and well-being. She believes in fostering collaborative relationships with her patients, creating a supportive environment where women feel heard, informed, and confident in their healthcare decisions.
Outside of the clinic, Sara’s schedule is full being a supportive wife, and a mom to two active kids and two crazy golden retrievers.
Dr. Fadel Azer, MD, FACOG, MGIS, MS, is a skilled Endometriosis & Fibroid Specialist located in Lisle, IL. Dr. Azer offers the most advanced non-surgical and surgical treatments for a wide variety of medical conditions.
At Advanced Gynecology Practice, Dr. Azer employs state-of-the-art approaches for the diagnosis and treatments of endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, pelvic pain, and menstrual abnormalities.
Dr. Azer is double board certified in OBGYN and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeries (MIGS) with over 16 years of using the da Vinci Robot Surgical System including Multi-port and Single Site Platforms.
Dr. Azer earned his medical degree from Cairo University, Egypt with an honors degree of excellence. He conducted his Surgical Oncology Residency at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) University of Cairo which is the most prestigious, unique and most competitive residency program in the nation. He also holds the M.S. degree in General Surgery from Cairo University with his published thesis “Retrospective Comparative Study of Free and Pedicled TRAM Flap for Breast Reconstruction after Mastectomy for Malignancy”.
Dr. Azer moved to the United States of America, and because of his special interest in women’s health and pelvic surgeries, he conducted a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in MI where he also served as the administrative chief resident after being elected by residents and Faculty.
Dr. Azer’s surgical oncology background is a great asset to him and has helped shape his journey to becoming a well rounded pelvic surgeon who always thinks out of the box.
Dr. Azer has advanced training in gynecologic and pelvic surgeries, with a special interest in robot-assisted surgery. A member of the American Association of Gynecology Laparoscopists (AAGL).
Dr. Azer welcomes new patients and he is fluent in both English and Arabic.
